Amicini Castelo Branco

I ordered a tropical sundae in castelo branco and was amazed. There was nothing tropical about the sundae. The ice cream itself is good. It was hidden under a thick layer of whipped cream. A lot could be improved on the ice cream sundae and the eye also wants something. I received the cup without fruit. I have 2 photos one of how I got it and one of what it might look like.

We stop our 3 hour car ride for a quick snack break and we couldn't have chosen a better place.
The ice-creams were fenomenal, and everything we had tasted great.
The lady serving us was also super nice

Best pistachio ice cream I've ever had. It really tasted like pistachio as I hadn't had the opportunity in a long time! In fact, handcrafted! And I received very good service, cordially and quickly! To repeat next time I come to Castelo Branco.

They served me a mixed toast with wholemeal bread, without asking me if I wanted it, and with just a super thin slice of ham, like parchment paper, as well as almost non-existent cheese! It was lukewarm and had no flavor at all due to the almost zero quantity of the main ingredients! €4.75 really badly spent ?

5* employees. Very friendly and attentive to customers. The management leaves a lot to be desired. They should give more importance to the customer than to their ego.

When a manager prefers to be insignificant and not reach out to the customer and ask what happened, regardless of what time they arrived, I'm sorry but that's not good management of the establishment. It reveals a lack of professionalism on your part.
You could have been right in a small part of the situation, but you lost it all with your arrogant attitude. He himself said it was due to "stubbornness" (that wasn't the term but it's the nicest way to say it).
