It's hard to choose a burger. There is no photo with the available menus. Today I tried the screens to shrink and buy the menu and everything went wrong. When, after 19 minutes of waiting, they called me and handed me a tray with everything wrong, none of it was what I chose and paid for. The staff resolved the matter and I ate what I actually chose. It took a long time. There is a great need for a photo with all the menus so that the customer can choose.

Terrible. Very bad indeed. It's the worst Burger King ever. Terrible service, they constantly make mistakes when ordering at the drive thru. Today 08/08/2024 at 23:30 no one was present at the drive thru. No one spoke over the loudspeaker and when we went to the payment window, no one was there and no one appeared during the 5 minutes we spent looking inside. SITTING!
