We chose menus at the counter with the glass promotion and said the color of the glass and when the food was delivered we were informed that they did not have the desired colors.
Few staff to collect trays and chairs in the passage, which makes passage difficult.

I'm tired of paying for sauces and cheeseburgers and I never mind driving in! If I don't have time to check the order, nothing will be sent correctly. Today I paid for 2 sauces plus 2 boxes of nuggets that didn't arrive either!

Never in my life had it taken so long in the drive to be served and receive the food, that at the end of such a simple order (for us) it still came out wrong...
We only ordered 1 cheeseburger menu with ketchup and extra cheese, potatoes and ice tea, plus a box of 20 nuggets with sweet and sour sauce... What's the difficulty here?
We had to repeat the order a few times 10 times with the first person who placed the order, then we waited almost 20 minutes to pay and in the end, the most ridiculous thing was the order was wrong, we said a few times what the order was and even then it was still wrong again... This with a manager in the last window... It was shameful for me to see this situation... Considering that I already worked and opened a McDonald's.
