Reasonable food. Chanfana with too much goat liver; Pork chop with (poorly) fried potatoes and tough meat. Good cod fritters.
Lots of noise during the meal; everyone talking very loudly... Adequate price - average €11.

I was passing through the area and it was lunch time. I remembered that a cousin had a restaurant in Castelo Branco, I haven't seen it in 40 years, I looked on Facebook and found the restaurant, it's a shame Eduardo isn't there, the food is very good, the serving size is enough for 1 person . It's a shame the 2 waitresses are super distracted but otherwise positive.

A disappointment for a restaurant with immense potential.A reservation was made for a group dinner, with the warning that it would be late and that we would have vegetarian members in the group. We arrived, there was no reservation and there was no apology, quite the opposite! The lady who made the requests was arrogant from start to finish and with dry, “crooked” answers and constant “rolling of the eyes”.There was no option for a vegetarian dish, although it was confirmed to us over the phone that “there were numerous options”They were asked to make 3 dishes after everyone else, because some people were going to arrive later and were the first to arrive at the table. They left the dishes to cool on the table and when people arrived, they heated them in the microwave. When we went to make payment, the owner decided to complain about the reservation time…Prices have increased a lot since the new establishment opened and quality has worsened. Which is a shame, as it has always been a restaurant I enjoyed going to.Fortunately, it was a company dinner and I didn't pay for my dinner. Otherwise, my tip would be to ask for the complaints book.We feel left out, underserved and underserved.Sorry, but I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Vegetarian options: They don't have any vegetarian options.

Terrible in every way after transferring to the new location, to be avoided. It's no longer the same establishment as it used to be, it's lost all its quality, and it's more expensive!
