There shouldn't be any worse customer service. Account (a paper) thrown on the table with disdain and contempt. Not a good morning or anything. Dry people (they were infected by the summer drought). When paying, you need to be very careful or you will pay for what you didn't eat. And then when you say that the account is wrong and you have more items that you didn't consume, they still get confused because you ask for your money back. In the end you get the feeling that you are the one who has to apologize. Possibly, it's true, we're the ones who have to apologize for going there. It gets one star because you can't give anything less.

I really like the bakery, but I was very unhappy with the service at the branch in Auchan, I went with a Brazilian friend, and a Portuguese co-worker, the attendants there called our colleague and asked him to be careful with us who were Brazilian , because according to her "We Brazilians like to take advantage of the Portuguese". I don't recommend anyone to go there.It's funny, when my friend bought our colleague a beer she didn't say anything about that, but when she went to buy her a coffee, then the attendants called him and said that, sincerely.

I was there once again, yesterday (07/12/23) with my family to have a snack. Only the next day I noticed on the bill that they charge €0.30 to heat up bread with cheese. 8° was in the city and everything you eat inside is at room temperature because the counters are not heated, that is, everything is cold in there. Friends, it's not because of the value IT'S BECAUSE OF THE ABUSE of the charge, I don't think you know the word pettiness... Due to the absurdity that was observed, I NEVER step there AGAIN, they charged me 2 times.
