In order to live well, like my idols Marcus Aurelius and Séneca taugh me, you have to cultivate your mind and your body. Fine wine and amazing bloody meat are great ways to achieve greatness. You can't live well without visiting this amazing restaurant. Completely recommend it and everyone should try it.

Very good restaurant. Super welcoming with young, friendly and elegant service. Excellent concept, where the customer pays for the fish or meat and the side dish is free and served as many times as necessary. The "Almond Delight" dessert is something out of this world. I've never eaten anything like it. Reasonable price, dinner for 2 people à la carte, around 50 euros. Definitely repeating.

I've been wanting to come and have dinner at this restaurant for a long time, which is considered one of the best in Castelo Branco. I was apprehensive, because the other two, which are considered the best on Online platforms, 'Cabra Preta' and 'Encosta da Muralha', were real disappointments.
But I was wrong because the food is very good, in terms of quality and quantity, the service is impeccable and the price/quality ratio is very acceptable.
I ate a meat dish called 'Porco Bísaro' which had several accompaniments to choose from, such as migas, esparregado, rice and beans and stewed beans.

The first time we came to Castelo Branco, as a couple, we tried this restaurant. We returned to the city after two years, with our baby, and wanted to return to Palitão, which means a lot. The staff are very friendly and the food was delicious. The quality of the meat is truly divine and the side dishes are very good. I think that whenever we return to this city we will want to come back here. Both experiences, two years apart, were fantastic.
