I called the restaurant twice, the first time a lady said she didn't know what was going on, the second time I called because I wanted to cancel the order as I was working, with only 30 minutes of dinner spent waiting for them, the lady just He said that "they were in a big rush and the delivery man was on his way" and then he simply sent me away.When the delivery man arrived I tried to understand what was happening but he only knew how to say that deliveries are made by Telepizza and that pizzas are the priority. Anyway, I will never order anything from Venice again and I probably won't eat there again either. Although the burgers are excellent, the staff are terrible and clueless.
