Parking: Beware of street parking, we couldn't find the paid parking ticket machine. So, we thought there were no fees as I didn't see paid parking tickets in any other car windows. Unfortunately there was a ticket on our window from the police when we came back to our car it cost 30 Euros. For those who are driving rental cars if you are ticketed you can pay it at the police station in Tomar, otherwise it's attached to the license. Station pay department is only open until 4 and it seems no one is there on Friday. It turns out we just missed the parking lot, oops, and ended up parking elsewhere by mistake. We will be going to the restaurant again because it was a wonderful experience and understand where to park, so no fault but our own.
