Yesterday, 27/07, a friend and I were literally chased out of the bathroom of this establishment (which had no fenced entrance), an extremely arrogant young employee told us that the bathroom was on the beach. When my friend asked where we were on the beach (because we actually didn't know) the answer was “the beach is there” (as if we didn't know where we were), to help a rude colleague came to ask if we didn't know how to read, this after I showed my indignation at the way the arrogant employee spoke to us! We went to the beach bar, also owned by this establishment and were simply ignored, passed because there was a customer who wanted to drink and after all we just wanted to urinate! After that we were informed that the bathrooms were already closed! In this same establishment and on the same day before the incident, I purchased 2 beers for the modest sum of €10 (with a glass) but they didn't even ask if I wanted a ticket!

I've been to the establishment several times and I've never felt so badly treated and ignored.
Don't forget that the customers are the ones who give you money and appearance does not define social statements. Pay attention to the way you treat people, making money is good, but with arrogance, lack of education and professionalism is UGLY!
The complaint to CM OEIRAS has also already been made.

In the photo, the response from the CM of Oeiras, they are not obliged but…. Taking into account that they earn money in a bar on the sand and in another one outside, the minimum is to let them use the bathroom whether or not there is a private event, whether I consume something or not. There is an entrance to the bathroom without having to cross the restaurant! This is it! Oh and at least be less arrogant with those who give you money to earn!

Terrible service, terrible service, terrible service, terrible service. I work all week so that I can have a pleasant day at the weekend, BUT NOT IN THIS PLACE. I was treated very poorly in this restaurant by an employee who was super racist towards me and my friend. I didn't go into depth about this problem because unfortunately we suffer from this at least 2 to 3 times a week. For those coming from Lisbon, it is very complicated to get to the restaurant. However, to return to the entrance to the beach, the driver needs to be very careful as the return is more than 1km. I don't recommend anyone spending their money in a place where it looks like they are doing you a favor. Don't spend your money where you are not welcome. Don't spend your money in a place where you won't be well served. Don't spend your money where what they offer you is just an ATM machine to make the payment. Bad service.
