Terrace with several empty tables, I sat down to have lunch, an employee addresses me rudely, I have a customer to sit down with! I will suggest that when they clean the tables and don't want the customer to sit down, they put the card with information "reserved" and at the very least that they speak to the customer in a cordial way instead of making them feel that they have "invaded a private space", not a good afternoon said!Very unpleasant, I usually frequent the space in the summer and have never been treated this wayBad approach.

There were 2 of us, we waited 10 minutes to be served, they passed us it was as if no one was there, then at the cashier to pay we waited 8 minutes for someone to come and do the math, WE DIDN'T LIKE IT

Today I was attended by Ana Ferraz, guys, you need to come to this place. This girl is incredibly friendly. Do you remember that I was there last Sunday and was attended by a very stylish Brazilian guy who was dressed in red shorts and a very thin and transparent red shirt? Well, today I came back and realized that the vibe here is really different, the atmosphere of this place is much lighter. I hope that the owner of BAHIA recognizes every effort, attention and unique service from his employees and rewards each of them for all the positive energy left and passed on to each of us, customers. Thanks.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life, after a long wait for the order, when the staff arrived at the table and due to their carelessness, two of the 4 dishes (toasts) he brought us fell onto the grass, so he told us that the kitchen would possibly be closed and couldn't serve us any more, a matter of five minutes later, he returned from the “kitchen” with the two dishes and upon seeing the presentation of the dish, it was verified that the toasts were the ones that had fallen on the floor.At the moment we were in disbelief and called the kitchen manager who came to us and confirmed that no new dishes had been made and insisted that the two dishes in question be made again. Finally, the two toasts arrived, but no one was able to eat them because we were disgusted by the situation and the place, which CHARGED us the amount of the bill without ANY discount. Thank you for the zero star service.
