Unfriendly and arrogant employee. A person asks you for information or explanation and still thinks they are right. The waitress doesn't know the word "please" when she asks us to move a person in a wheelchair. At least you have to be educated. The menus do not indicate that they can only be made at lunch time and the waitress is still arrogant when responding. This pastry shop was once a great pastry shop, now isn't it. A person orders a mixed toast, it looks like we are pigs, it comes all torn apart, cold and burnt. Serve people who arrive later first. It's shameful.
