The best Italian pizza in the Lisboa area. ..after 60 days of living here..in a refined place..congratulations to the pizza chef even though he is young and Portuguese he would have a future in Italy...good service and English is also spoken which is not bad for tourists...as a former pizza chef in Italy.. I recommend it

We made a reservation through The Fork (an app that appeared immediately on Google search), just to guarantee a table for 1:30 pm. We had already been to the same restaurant twice and as it is right next to our house, we made a reservation because our eldest son had his birthday. When we arrived, the waitress didn't even speak Portuguese, and English was horrible. Worse than that is the non-existent smile and an air of effort and sacrifice when talking to people. They could try to put her in the kitchen, at least she only communicates with colleagues. We said we had a reservation and then it starts with a strange conversation saying that The Fork has a discount, but we didn't do it for The Fork. Without understanding anything, my wife opened the reservation confirmation and verified that the reservation was actually made through The Fork and we wanted to know what discount she mentioned. In the midst of a lot of confusion, he called the manager to come and talk to us. He looked like an authentic tavern owner, the only thing missing was the toothpick in the corner of his mouth, saying that we didn't make a reservation through The Fork, that we didn't have any discount and that there wasn't a reservation on the plantaforma (platform). In other words, a restaurant manager, who doesn't know how to communicate with customers, a layabout. As it was our son's birthday, we didn't even complain, we just got up and left. It is worth mentioning the friendliness of the Brazilian lady, whose name we did not remember, who was very smiling and came to wish us a good day with sincerity and a smile on her face, as she recognized us from a previous dinner. We left there and went to have lunch at Pita Gr, much better service and food, and the price is more expensive, but it's justified if only by the friendliness and attentiveness of the service. The difference is largely made by people and the difference between being an excellent restaurant and a mediocre restaurant lies in people.
