Honestly, I don't even have words to say. The food was tasteless, etc., sangria was the worst I've ever had, it was the first time I went there because my boyfriend said it was very good. But even he was surprised and ashamed of me. And don't even mention the long wait to get in.

Yesterday I went to Nana da Charneca de Caparica with my family and it was an experience that I won't repeat anytime soon. I've been there many times, but yesterday it went wrong. We ordered 2 servings of snails and the snails were very, very small. When I left, I spoke to one of the owners about it and he replied "he was unlucky, he caught the snails at the end of the bag"... Well, it could be true, but I still paid €7.50 per dose!! Those snails shouldn't even be served to anyone, much less give the response they did. The restaurant has already gained a name and is declining in the quality of its food, but continues to raise prices and cut quantity. The cleanliness of the bathrooms also leaves a lot to be desired. A fact that my wife reported and they didn't even respond.

We arrived for a snack in the middle of the afternoon and being the first time, we entered the restaurant and were sarcastically told that we had to write the name of our reservation outside and wait for our turn. We were waiting calmly when one of the managers called another group and thinking it was ours, the gentleman replied arrogantly "I'm not talking to you" We expressed our dissatisfaction and were told that we were the ones who had been rude. We left due to the lack of respect on the part of the managers.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted with 7 stones in our hands, all because supposedly, we couldn't enter the establishment without first writing our name on a supposed list that was at the entrance. From here on, everything got worse. Very rude, pretentious people with no empathy for customers. We ended up finding out that one of those people was one of the managers. After being treated very poorly, we left. We were 11 people.
