Good morning everybody.
First of all, I inform you that I am not the type of regular Customer who likes to start a conflict for any reason or complain about everything.
But in fact the employees are the ones who make the house, and this house is in need of a renewal of employees, or it will go from bad to worse. The coordination between them is very bad, so for the simple fact that if there is a Counter exclusively for tobacconists and where there are Santa Casa games there should be a specific employee there, and not leave the counter empty and all customers who go for food products have priority, I understand that if food will be a priority but if you don't have the means to have a tobacco and games area within the same stationery store then, either I hire another specific employee there, Or it's better not to have that area in the inside than leaving customers waiting for more than 20 minutes is shameful.
I could have reported this aspect in the complaints book as the appearance of one of the employees

I don't even have words to describe my displeasure with this establishment, all the staff seem to have agreed to be so unfriendly and arrogant, especially Mrs Meggie, she is extremely arrogant ? and the hygiene of the establishment also leaves something to be desired ? I will never look back again catch up!

Worst cafe in the region, I was served by the person who was supposed to be in charge, she was wearing a black uniform, she treated me extremely badly and made me wait for 30 minutes because she was checking merchandise, according to the other employee I could only be served by her because it was a purchase at the stationery store.I went to the place on 11/19 at 6pm

Speed of service. Good number of employees. The Santa Casa Games are available. There are machines (cashier) that receive payment and deliver any change, which is pleasant for those who have to pay (quickly). There is room to improve service. I noticed some tension between the employees who were in the store.

Yesterday, 10/27/2023, I ordered a box through the "Too good to go" application against food waste and paid €3.49.The APP says that the order can be picked up between 8pm and 8:30pm. I arrived at the place at 8:15 pm and the main door of the bakery (which is open daily for customers to enter) had the security grille completely down.So, I went today (10/28/2023) at 9:15 am to pick up the box and was told that it was no longer in the store. (I wonder what right they have to discard a box already paid for by the customer without the customer having picked it up. In these cases they should give some margin/flexibility in scheduling. After all, we are fighting food waste!...) The waitress , also stated that the door was closed but that the boxes are provided at a side door (which is closed during the day and which the customer is unaware of). I asked how the matter could be resolved, since I had already paid for the box.The store employee called the manager who stated that he would not refund the money, nor that they would provide another box. So I asked for the complaints book twice and was refused both times. In this sense, I was forced to call the GNR (I know my rights) and only then did they provide me with the complaints book (Which was "inserted" by me!) The Portuguese complain very little!...Conclusion: there was food waste, I ran out of money but at least I was right. And they lost a customer! ?)
