This criticism is not specific to Telepizza da Charneca, but to the Telepizza brand itself. The pizzas are not cheap, there are "promotions" for customers to consume more and spend more, but the price-quality ratio compared to other options today leaves a little to be desired. Our surprise was when we wanted to take the leftovers home and Telepizza decided to charge 40cts for a recyclable cardboard box. A shame. If the person orders the pizza, they don't pay the cashier, they pay in the store. Ridiculous. I've never seen this anywhere. As a customer, I will think very carefully before ordering pizzas from here again.

Horrible service, more than 1 hour waiting for a pizza AT THE ESTABLISHMENT, not to mention that to order, the service takes 10 minutes to order a carvery, I don't recommend it, the only thing that is good is the food, which takes a while.

Rotation is false advertising.I'm not even talking about the issue of the drink, which on the door says it's "infinite", but rather the issue of paying for the all-you-can-eat meal and if there are any slices left and you want to take it, they charge €1.20, so if there are 6 slices left, will we pay for another all-you-can-eat?? They don't charge a cashier... they're smart! They won't catch me there anymore and I'm going to file a complaint with ASAE for misleading advertising

Drivers who ride their motorcycles in the wrong direction on sidewalks, drive over pedestrian crossings and ride motorcycles on street sidewalks, just to save 20 seconds and avoid the roundabout.Unfortunate.

The photos of your pizzas are really good! It's just unfortunate that the ones delivered to your home are devoid of condiments, take 76 minutes to deliver and arrive almost cold! They should be ashamed of themselves for cheating customers like this.And your rude courier.
If you want to have dinner at 8pm, I recommend ordering pizza at 6pm.When contacting the store after such a delay, not even an apology is made and the excuse is always the same: "the courier has just left, just wait a little longer".Nothing more to add, good luck
