In front of the restaurant the parking lot is small but on the side street, where we parked, there is plenty of space. I went back. Stew wild boar.

If you want to have the experience of eating homemade food of excellent quality, you cannot miss visiting it... it seems like we are going to mom's house to eat... I always had that feeling when I went to this restaurant and I had not visited it for more than 8 years and yesterday I returned and it continues with the same quality and the same homely and cozy atmosphere...I'm sorry I didn't take photos...I was too hungry but the milhos were delicious and the cabidela rice...no words...everything was delicious. Very good price/quality. One of the best restaurants I've been to. I went in December 2023, we went a little late and when we entered the restaurant they weren't very friendly (even though I was pregnant - end of pregnancy), we waited for a while, they had tables but the girl didn't direct us to any, but quickly everything changed. After that they were incredible, the owner (one of the owners I think) was so friendly that I can't even explain it. Very good food, the best chicken soup I've ever had in my life, the corn (first time we've had it and I was really scared), it was wonderful. And he even made some meat and rice for my daughter who was sleeping and woke up when we were already at dessert. Very tasty meat, she loved it!!!! We are from Viseu, but we are going back to Chaves soon just to go back to this restaurant and eat the chicken soup and corn. Thank you very much for the service!!!! I recommend it to EVERYONE.
