The food is really worth it, super tasty, several options, all made in front of the customers, and delivery of orders is quite fast.We only ate one dessert - the petit gateau de kinder bueno -, but it was one of the highlights of our visit to the city.Although I understand that serving the public is quite tiring, in these types of table service places you expect a little more friendliness, but no one was unpleasant.A detail common to several places, and present in this one too, is the fact that the chairs cannot hold coats, bags and other accessories, which makes dining a little uncomfortable without having somewhere to put things.The very loud music makes conversation during dinner difficult and even annoying.

Unfortunately we left to try uma francesinha, but honestly it was one of the worst we could eat, the sauce was not bad but the bread underneath was burning, the ingredients for a francesinha were missing they just put a steak , ham, and cheese.Go a little further next to the monument square there is a small restaurant that also makes them and of better quality.

The atmosphere is excellent the francesinha so there are no words for the best francesinhas we've eaten to date! I highly recommend!I was super surprised when I saw such negative comments about the restaurant!I was in the middle of August and like any human being I understand that in the month of August there are no hands to measure! A little understanding and appreciation for the catering people who do their best to serve us! They are not machines, they are human beings like us and patience is a virtue!I recommend it for both the food and the atmosphere and the friendliness of all!Whenever I go to Portugal I can't help but eat a beautiful francesinha!
