We ate chicken and ribs. Very well served portions. We drank beer and ate 1 dessert. €25.90. It's expensive, but the chicken was delicious and the ribs were tasty, but very tough. Extremely attentive service, despite the glass arriving hot, the girl put it in the chest and it arrived wonderfully cold. The coffee kisses dessert is great. Not too sweet. I loved. The environment is quite noisy. Despite it not being cheap and the rest of the reviews not being so positive, I would go back. I recommend.

We went there twice to taste the chicken we were told about. The first time we arrived at 10:30 p.m. on a weekday even though it said 11 p.m. they were closing, well it happens we don't know the place, so we entered the restaurant and the young woman who works there stared at us. 'one way… we deduced before she even spoke that it was therefore closed, asked her and she answered us coldly. The next time (still with the idea of eating a good churrasco) we went back, the staff no more welcoming than the first time, gave us a chicken that wasn't that grilled. So, we won’t repeat the experience.

That barbecue to get away with. A barbecue is kind of like our McDonalds, but the difference is that they play in the Champions League. Do you know that in any place you enter from north to south you will find 5 things: a paper towel that has those grease stains on the end, barbecue chicken that outside is considered an international fast food chain but here it's just real chicken. barbecue, serrated knives which is a scene that doesn't exist in France, a small metal bowl with olives that you didn't order and homemade sweets which are the same as in every house but because it has that name it seems very different. Basically, Churrasqueira Portuguesa is a true example of an oligarchic multinational, which with local and autonomous management manages to be more standardized than many chains that aim for it with so many rules and regulations.
