Unfortunately, my daughter suffered an allergy due to cross-contamination during food preparation. It was observed that the knife that was being prepared for the raw fish was the same one used to cut other foods, the sushi chef only uses a napkin to clean his knife to prepare the food! They do not use gloves, masks or hair protection. They are disorganized and unprepared for service, it is difficult to distinguish who is attending the place from who is serving, they do not wear uniforms, there are adults, teenagers and children serving at the same time! Everyone handles food, serves counters, tables and takeout orders, no one uses PPE. I hope they get organized because I don't like to give bad reviews to any establishment!
