I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Speedfood and wanted to share my opinion so that other potential customers are aware of what awaits them.
Firstly, the name "Speedfood" is extremely misleading. We might expect fast and efficient service, but it's exactly the opposite. During my visit, I faced an interminable wait that completely ruined my evening. I was hoping for a quick meal, but ultimately I spent more time waiting than eating.
When I arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't particularly busy. Despite this, it took over 20 minutes for a waiter to come and serve us, and when we finally managed to place our order, the food took forever to arrive. In total, we waited over an hour for our order, which is unacceptable for any establishment, especially one called "Speedfood".
In addition to the delay, the team seemed disorganized and not very concerned about customers. There was no explanation or apology for the delay, and when we asked about the delay, we were treated with indifference. The customer service was really below par.
As for the food, after waiting so long, we at least expected it to be excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the dishes did not make up for the delay. The food arrived lukewarm and seemed to have been made in a hurry, without any care. For a restaurant that supposedly offers fast, quality service, this was a huge disappointment.
In short, my experience at Speedfood was extremely negative.
