Anyone walking past this place is doing it wrong, so wrong. Amazingly delicious food, simple fare but it absolutely slaps, and is ridiculous value - you'll be paying more than twice as much for much worse food a few steps down! Sardine salad made me emotional. Brb, I have to google the Portugese word for "exceptional".
Small place with 4 seats at the counter, frozen in time and space. If we leave aside the hygienic and structural conditions altogether, you can eat simply for little money.

Perfect place to grab sandwiches on the go for cheap. Very close to the old cathedral of Coimbra, located on a staircase. Very kind and nice owner.
