This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. I ordered a picanha francesinha and they brought me leftover roast veal of dubious quality instead of the picanha. To make matters worse, the dish was drenched in a sauce with a horrible seafood flavor, which even ruined the fries. Furthermore, the coffee that was included in the menu tasted like hot water.
The service was also terrible. The staff were unfriendly, as if it were a nuisance to serve us. I definitely won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

WORST FRANCESINE I'VE EVER EAT IN MY LIFE
I WENT TO THE MALL YESTERDAY TO GET A QUICK MEAL. AS THIS WAS THE EMPTYEST RESTAURANT WE CHOOSE FOR IT, WE JUST DIDN'T REALIZE THAT IF IT WAS WITHOUT NO ONE IT WAS FOR SOME REASON. WE ORDERED TWO FRANCES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE PICANHA BUT THE MEAT WAS TOUGH AND THEY WERE DEFINITELY LEFTOVERS FROM THE BARBECUE. THE SAUCE HAS NO TASTE OF ANYTHING AND THE POTATOES APPEARED TO BE REHEATED, NOT TO MENTION THAT THE BREAD WAS BURNED. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I COULD NOT FINISH A MEAL IN A RESTAURANT. NOT TO MENTION THAT THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THE WORST THING IS THAT WE DON'T LIVE IN COIMBRA AND WE DON'T KNOW THE RESTAURANTS WELL. WE LEFT IN A HURRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE MONEY SPENT ON FOOD. NOT TO MENTION THAT WE STILL HAD DIARRHEA. I HAVE NEVER REVIEWED ANY RESTAURANT BUT THIS REALLY WAS ONE OF MY WORST EXPERIENCES. I HOPE THEY CHANGE THE OPERATION BECAUSE OTHERWISE PEOPLE ONLY GO ONCE AND NEVER STEP ANOTHER FOOT LIKE IN MY CASE.

Pratos muito mal servidos. Não é possível que o menu de febras que tem o custo de praticamente 10 euros seja servido com apenas duas febras de porco minúsculas. Além disso o tempo de espera rondou os 15 minutos. Os empregados parecem ter orientações para servir pouca comida nos pratos. Não é admissível. Mau serviço, fiquei desapontado.

I usually go there because it's practical and quick. However, the service is poor, they barely look you in the face and only use short questions. The food is good, but the food at Alma Shopping is much better served, the one on the forum is getting smaller every day ??

I was with my husband on 03/12/2024.He ordered a dish that he said was "picanha".In fact, that cut wasn't even similar to picanha, the meat was so tough that we couldn't cut it.The add-ons were unseasoned and the beans tasted old.My husband threw away the food.I do not recommend.

This establishment also uses the name Brasa Rio no Glovo, I made some orders that looked bad, but the meat survived until today, I'm amazed at how a restaurant in a shopping center can serve something like this!! It had everything to be at least reasonable but I think they insist on being a disappointment. Running away, and still trying to cheat with two names on Globo! Not a cent more from me

This was my first time that I tried Alentejo restaurant in Forum, mostly I used to go the one in Alma shopping. Mostly everything was the same, however, I think the quality of food is better in Alma shopping. My favourite plate is maminha or picanha. The meat, fried banana, pineapple, beams, and rice was good. But I didn’t like the taste of french fries. Maybe it was my bad luck. All in all, I like this chain of restaurants with affordable prices for the dishes, however I highly recommend the improvement of quality. To keep the quality all the same.
