Bixos Coimbra offers a pleasant atmosphere with friendly service. The restaurant serves delicious drinks and good food, with well-presented sharing boards and good portion sizes. The venue is amazing and the staff is super polite. Customers can enjoy outdoor terraces and fresh, freshly made juices at acceptable prices. The service is always super friendly, helpful and quick. They make special requests for customers. Pizzas are the perfect size for one person! And the dough and ingredients are of immense quality and expertise. The lasagna was divine, nothing like "packaged" lasagna and with a wonderful sauce. They also have some of the best cocktails in the city and a very reasonable wine list. The space and environment is fantastic and unlike anything else in Coimbra. However, some reviews mention that the service can be slow and inattentive at times.
