Today 04/27/2024 at 4:00 pm I decided to have a snack at Shopping Forum in Coimbra with my son and chose Burguer King, if regret could kill, cold sandwich with meats made a long time ago waiting for a customer who doesn't complain, accepts what he offers without question, just the way they like it...horrible potatoes, dark and cold, but the worst part was the dessert, I decided to order a cone for me and my son, the cone was just dirty with gelato, if it had been smaller it would have been just the cone, when questioning the person in charge/manager of the store, informed that it would be standard 90g, whose standard? Only if it's from this store, as I've never bought a cone with so little gelato at Burguer King, I asked the person in charge if that cone was 90g and if she had a scale, but to my surprise the "standard" changed to 60g (which they didn't have in the cone ), great nonsense!! The customer is paying and has the right to demand the best service, the best products and respect above all. I will never go near the store again.
