Which is not an invoice... In other words, what I paid may never have been invoiced. All approved computer systems allow the NIF to be entered later, unless the operator does not want to..

After 5 years of frequenting this establishment, it is a shame that I have to make this comment. A group that has already spent hundreds of euros on this site was brutally ruined. An employee spilled about 8 beers on us, we know that mistakes happen and we were ready to help her, when suddenly we were inundated with a series of insults, from insults to our mothers to insults to our physical integrity, something that left us feeling deeply in shock. We proceeded to leave the establishment and write in the complaints book, and during this act, we were being yelled at by the employees, one of whom said to a girl in our group “I’ll rip your head off”. A completely inappropriate way to treat customers, let alone customers who have been coming to this establishment for years, and who have already given a lot of money to Tropical. Horrible. It's a shame that such an emblematic place in the city is so poorly delivered.
