A bittersweet service: After requesting an ashtray... half came. The ashtray was broken but it was still what they left on the table. Finally, is it normal to throw the water and ice that was in the ice bucket into the river??? Is it so that they can collect the frozen fish later or is it really due to a lack of training/education on the part of the employee? 5* cashier service.

Terrible service, employees are ineffective and poorly educated. They lack personal and professional training. Food adds nothing, low quality products. Drink, a sangria… a terrible syrup, I advise against it. Excessive price for the service and quality of the products. The only good thing is the location!
