I placed the order a week in advance, we asked for it at 12:45pm, at around 1pm I called and they said it would take around 15 minutes, I called again at 1:30pm and they said it had already left for delivery, from the beginning I said that all We got to work at 2pm so I ordered in advance and asked for 1:15 ahead of time. Right now there are 10 minutes left and we haven't even had lunch due to the lack of organization. They need to improve a lot and admit their mistakes, if they had forgotten to eat, they should have let us know straight away. We ended up canceling, and we didn't even have lunch.I've been a customer for a while now.

Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian option, however, at the last dinner, the option presented was a leek Brás, which looked like onion Brás because there was so much of it.
