Serviço horrível, estou à espera de uma encomenda há 1 semana, com o método 24h, o tracking reporta um incidente desde dia 9 (hoje dia 15) e a empresa não fez esforço nenhum para me contactar e avisar sobre o mesmo.

Horrible service, I've been waiting for an order for 1 week, with the 24h method, the tracking reports an incident since the 9th (today the 15th) and the company made no effort to contact me and let me know about it.

Good afternoon,Extremely mediocre service, without any kind of response to the customer!!!They do not answer the phone and deliveries are not delivered with an invalid address.I do not advise using this company for transport purposes at all.
