Worst service ever. People at home on the day of delivery and report it as an incident, no warning or answering the phone. They will take another complaint on top.
Serviço horrível, estou à espera de uma encomenda há 1 semana, com o método 24h, o tracking reporta um incidente desde dia 9 (hoje dia 15) e a empresa não fez esforço nenhum para me contactar e avisar sobre o mesmo.
They don't answer the phone calls, the material arrives damaged, they claim they didn't deliver it because the place was closed, which is a lie...
a shame. impossible to contact. How can someone claim to be an entrepreneur with a company like this. trash
Horrible service, I've been waiting for an order for 1 week, with the 24h method, the tracking reports an incident since the 9th (today the 15th) and the company made no effort to contact me and let me know about it.

Company does not respect delivery times, I was very dissatisfied with the service of this company, they promised delivery of the order in 2 working days and after many contacts with incompetent people the order arrived after 1 week and a half, I do not recommend it because they are not serious people or honest
As much as once the company breaks the shipping orders and never assumed the error and lack of professionalism.Not even parcel packing straps/tape use, without the slightest care.
