We ate a Francesinha and a mixed omelette.Chips from the day before.Francesinha clearly reheated at the moment, inedible. Not bad omelette, but non-existent salad and unpleasant rice.We found an eyelash in the Francesinha and the glasses were dirty.We are sorry for this negative experience, we were deceived by the good reviews.Let's hope for the place that it was just a bad day...P.s: It seems like a joke... but we went immediately afterwards to another place to taste the Francesinha before returning to Italy.We found that the Portuguese dish is very good (we recommend), but it is not what they serve at "Francesinhas & Ca."
Very friendly staff! Our food was made promptly and tasted great. We had our first Francesinha and Bifana here. Everything tasted fresh. Only issue (nothing serious at all) is it's tricky for Bolt drivers to drop off as the street can get busy. Will definitely go back soon!!

Very rude manager, tried to cheat us. Tried to charge more than it was and didn´t show us the price, which he had incremented by charging things we didnt order. Never going again, worst decision of the trip. And the food wasn´t even good, just expensive fast food.
