We were the first table to arrive, at 7pm as indicated on the door of the restaurant, it is already open at that time, being the only table we were only served at 7:20pm and because we called more than once, the first few times we were ignored with 4 employees behind the counter.. I asked for the francesinha rare and they said it wasn't possible, then I realized why, the meat is pork, but the employee was unable to convey that information.. the barbecue chicken was good, but the accompaniment not so, in a house where most dishes have fries as an accompaniment, they use pre-fried potatoes... From the moment we entered until we left, they didn't turn on the music, the staff clearly have no training or experience... however, the restaurant is very beautiful, but has a lot to improve.
