Whenever the order goes to this establishment something is always missing.
Cold food, hard bun, hard burger almost like reheated.Expectations are not high when choosing a chain, but there are minimums of minimums.Not to mention the visible disorganization of the team (at the time I was there), which does not convey a good feeling to the customer, and which is then noticeable in the quality of the "meal".
