The best dinner of our entire trip to Portugal! Exquisite, fresh, plentiful and tasty food at a very honest price (I would have gladly paid more), friendly, kind and non-invasive waiters, a place with great attention to detail, clean, a relaxing, welcoming and classy atmosphere, truly SUPER!! Go there, we highly recommend it!

Quite a negative experience. There is a lot to say about this restaurant, which is quite renowned in Coimbra.Firstly, customer service leaves something to be desired, especially when it comes to communication between the kitchen and table service.Second, EXTREMELY LONG WAITING TIME (despite having been warned at the beginning) more than 1h30 waiting for 4 dishes, 1 of which was wrong and poorly cookedThird, communication from employees to customers. I find it impressive how employees don't have certain foundations when it comes to catering. I don't know if it's a lack of professionalism or a lack of authority coming from the boss or mistress, but I think it's a lack of respect, in the fact that they made a mistake on one of the dishes and didn't offer any excuse. Neck was ordered and chops came. We still tried to eat the chops to avoid waiting any longer, but they were so undercooked that it was practically impossible to eat them.After waiting for longer, the initially requested dish, which was neck, came, but the meat was undercooked, and when I asked the waitress to pass the meat more, the response was the following: "I ate it like that for lunch and the meat was well done, not undercooked." I apologize, but in this case is it the customer or the employee who is eating?Not to mention that in one of the orders, which was Iberian pork secret, they were asked to exchange the salad for rice, which, once again, didn't happen...Otherwise, the food was good, but nothing special so to speak.Unpleasant experience, I will not return.I wish you a good continuation.Thanks.
