Very cozy traditional restaurant, very good for snacks too, the cuisine is 10 stars and the staff very approachable. My first choice when I'm in Coimbra ?
I agreed to be there at 12:00 because according to the cook/owner it was the best time to eat Leitão. He gave me to understand that at that time it would be possible to choose more ribs. Fine, I even told him I didn't mind paying more. I called to have a bottle of white Monte Velho refrigerated. I arrived on time. They served me thick chunks of an inedible suckling pig and sprinkled it on. I ate the lettuce, paid and will never go back there. Piglet went all oara inside. Did anyone care or ask? Nobody! Anything! Place for peasants to eat Javardana-style pork. The only good thing is the french fries and the two maids who are treated as you can imagine..... HORRIBLE?!!!!!

Not recommended, food leaves a lot to be desired but service is really bad, staff don't remember anything they're always running from one side to the other and not to mention there was a couple next to me asking for coffee since I walked in and I had time to finish eating so they can end up having coffee at the counter.

Well... I actually went outside the restaurant's normal opening hours. It was 16:00 and the kindness and professionalism of the person who attended me, knew perfectly how to make something to eat.Excellent food with good seasoning and fantastic service. Thanks to "the barbecue". I left quite satisfied.One see you soon.
