Some (exaggerated) delay in collecting orders, few employees. No starters were presented while we waited, some disorganization at table service. The food was great.... It deserves more staff in service.

More specifically, the Scalopini Alla Piementese provided a beautiful explosion of flavors, however the quantity left a slight feeling of disappointment, 4/5.To overcome this mishap, came what I would like to call Verde Moínho's ex-libris, the panacota.
