This bar is excellent. The view of the river is spectacular and the atmosphere was very peaceful. I highly enjoyed my experience at the establishment. Manu was a great server who did a great job explaining the menu and catering to my groups needs. I recommend this bar to anyone looking for a great place to drink and hangout while they are staying or visiting Coimbra.

Staff completely unprepared to receive tourists, rude, without the slightest politeness. Firstly, they don't ask for identification to enter but they doubt people's age. SIMPLE: Ask for ID as a house rule. Without mocking, doubting or dictating rules in people's lives saying that they can be arrested if they don't carry ID and then authorizing entry into the bar. Ridiculous! Learn to be polite when speaking to the public. Completely unprepared bartender and security, ZERO hospitality and ZERO professionalism. Very expensive for a half-baked “view”! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
