It has good products, all with good presentation, a pleasant, calm environment....but the service is terrible, employees are not attentive, they often stay chatting and customers are left waiting to be served. Another observation: employees should wear caps or hair nets to prevent their hair from flying around.
Kid-friendliness: As there is a good variety of cakes and sweets, it is certainly a suitable place for children.

Horrible toasts, slow service.

Expensive products for the current quality.
A meat puff with very little filling and hard, possibly from the day before, costing more than €2 is too much for the product itself.
Expensive is not always synonymous with quality and Pastelaria Vénus is now proof of that.

Parking: Parking is always complicated and most of it is paid.
Kid-friendliness: A little confusing when it's busy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Access to the interior with steps.

The best pastry shop in Coimbra. Prices are expensive but correspond to the quality. Excellent service. Everything tasty

Sell, or make this type of cake, Strawberry ("Fraisier" in ??) ???
Anyone who has known this pastry shop for years knows that the quality hasn't been the same for a long time, especially after the problem of cockroaches in the bread flour (was that the secret?), however the prices have always been increasing. It doesn't justify it, the fame it has comes from other times. Terrible table and counter service, the worst in Coimbra. I leave you with a question: why does your bread (French bread for example) if bought in the morning at lunchtime look like rubber? The repair is carried out with the expectation that the house will once again be known for its quality as a whole.
