Ponto do Açaí & Mr. Coxinha

Are you making fun of my face? I placed an order through Uber Eats at 4:40 pm and was told that a maximum of 2 would be ready in 1 hour, which I thought was a long time for a simple order. I ordered two açaís and some snacks which cost 30 euros, but for God's sake it takes time. When the delivery man arrived at the establishment he still had to wait for the order to be placed, while two hours had already passed, that is, in addition to using the maximum 2 hours to be able to place my order, they were still late???? They probably didn't do anything or didn't even see that there was an order, very disappointed! I only ended up receiving my order at 7pm, almost 3 hours to make a simple order. Never again!

The environment was chaotic, all the tables were dirty, and the employees were stationary.
Both employees serve as if they were doing you a favor.
They don't get up from their chair and at least stretch their arm to give you change.
Observation: They made a mistake when making the açaí... I asked for M&M and they added peanuts...
The açaí is average, I've had better.

Açai of the best.
Very reasonable prices.
The wait staff sometimes just waste time, we place the order and it always seems like they're a bit sick. Apart from the last service that Mrs. It was even nice. The downside is the lack of friendliness and speed in placing orders.
But otherwise I recommend it ❤️

I have been going to this establishment for 4 months, it was five stars. Since the price increased, about two months ago, whenever I place an order it comes with very few toppings (which didn't happen before) and I get horrible service, (today I arrived it was still an hour before closing and the employee told me although I said that they had already closed, as soon as I left the establishment, I ordered through Uber Eats)

I am very dissatisfied with the service at this establishment, I have always been a customer since the beginning when you were not so recognized. But the last time I was there, I was treated incorrectly by the man who works there, he argued and threw a tantrum with me in front of countless customers, I felt really bad about the terrible and unprofessional way I was treated, I even said that to him and he kept arguing with me in front of everyone. He even said I was debauched. A completely wrong attitude as an employee, I even warned him that I would no longer be a customer because I always went there with my whole family, and now after this I no longer want to be there with my family, a shame because your açaí is delicious .
