Promoting a meatless diet is good for the climate and is healthier. The vegetarian/vegan variant of the francesinha should be cheaper than the meat variant and not more expensive. Much more people would go for the vegetarian option if it was 2€ cheaper than the meat variant. And if the argument is that the ingredients of the vegetarian variant is more expensive (which I doubt) then price it in into the meat variant. Other than that everything was good!

Although the steak was quite good, the potatoes were deplorable, the oil had clearly not been changed, they tasted a lot like fried fish, which is not normal. Despite this small detail, I recommend the restaurant, pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. And for those who love beer, you will certainly find one that suits you.

Vegetarian options: Apesar de haver poucas opções vegetarianas, as que existem têm qualidade!
Poderia haver mais um ou outro prato vegetariano.
Para veganos não há, pelo menos que saiba.

Parking: O parque do restaurante é pequeno, mas no exterior há sempre um lugar...

What a wonderful franzesinha, and what a wonderful beer Praxis is. I loved. Everything was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated.

The staff was exceptionally friendly.

If I returned to Coimbra, I would return to Praxis without hesitation.
