Well certainly not the best restaurant in town, but the fatigue of a day's visit made us stop there. We had dinner in the room opposite the restaurant (with a very woody decor, more decorated). The service was quite friendly and pleasant, but if you are looking for authenticity and traditional, I don't recommend it. If you are very hungry and not demanding on quality, this might do it.
The octopus with shrimp was exquisite. Also the meat of the Chamfana (Portuguese goat) was delicious and a spectacular stew. Without a doubt we will remember it and always remember it in Coimbra.
