Serviço extremamente demorado (cerca de 1 hora à espera até sermos todos servidos) apesar de nos terem dito que eram os pratos mais rápidos. Comida de fraca qualidade: bacalhau com natas mal confecionado, bifes duros (as crianças não conseguiram comer), etc. O único aspeto positivo foi o funcionário que nos serviu que era uma simpatia. Não recomendo!

As you can see from my evaluation on each parameter, my experience was terrible. I call the number, they say it's about Olivais, to which I say I don't want to, I want to schedule a group dinner for Pedrulha (the space is exceptional), to which the person tells me the correct number to dial for Pedrulha. I call this correct number, I do the reverse (from Tuesday to Friday) and I am told that I will receive the group menus and a reservation document to fill out and so far so good. I carry out the entire process as instructed. On the day of booking, they call to find out the number of people, confirmation is made. Ok. I arrive at the Pedrulha location, I speak to an employee saying that the group of seven at 8pm is arriving (I arrived at 7pm), the employee asks "Group dinner? Here?" Then everything started to go wrong. This was the second time this situation had happened to me with this restaurant. After that the dinner was miserable, cod with cornbread with crushed potatoes and crumbs, there are no crushed potatoes, they give us some reheated potatoes in the oven, cold food, hard bread, the soup didn't look good, I spoke to the gentleman, who I made the reservation, they didn't even pay attention, and in the end they still charge the price for a service that didn't exist. 7 customers who don't come back and I hope that with this comment 7 more and 7 more won't come back or don't even want to try it. Ah, but the space is undoubtedly fantastic, but I'm not going to pay to eat the space. If you don't know how to manage two houses, close one.

I tried the take away service at this restaurant for the first time. The food was good, well packaged and in good quantity. It took almost an hour to arrive, but it was as advertised on the phone. The service was friendly and helpful.

A serious restaurant.I ordered meals through an app, with all the information and I did not receive the product.When I asked, they told me that someone received it (a neighbor) next door.He made the delivery without making sure who he was delivering it to.But the order was not to be delivered to the door. And yes, talk to me, the reception would open and the person would leave it in the elevator.What did not happen.Returning to the restaurant, the team quickly understood what happened and sent me the order again, which was delivered without any problems.Congratulations and my thanks to SABOR E ARTE for the decision made in favor of your client.
