“The best place to enjoy good food and the best live music in all of Coimbra and part of Portugal. The waiter is very friendly, and has no problem speaking Portuguese, Spanish or English...and surely some other language. The menu is simple but the food is very good at a reasonable price. The best without a doubt, the live music. We have been twice and on one occasion we have enjoyed a fadista and a Portuguese guitar guitarist, and a very excellent concert by Luis Travassos (@luistravassos.oficial), a magical voice and way of singing that turned the evening into something spectacular.

“We went for dinner on a Sunday night. The place is very good, with self-service, fast food and sandwiches. Lots of young people. Benches without backrest. Sunday and Thursday is sale night!!! A huge variety of very good sandwiches for €1, various 1/2 liter chopp beers for €2 and 2 chopp for €3. Very fresh salads x €2 delicious Gouda cheese and chicken croquettes €2 glass of Coca 250ml €2. Everything very rich and very fresh. Very well decorated and meters from the Plaza de la República. Highly recommended!!!“
