While on a work trip, I did some research and called to have my dinner delivered to the hotel. The lady who attended to me (Ms. Ana) was extremely friendly. The courier was super punctual, very friendly and even informed us that he had a little treat as an offer. The sushi was great, the soup and rolls too. Optimal temperature, well prepared and excellent flavor. I will definitely call Sushi em tu Casa again when I'm in the Coimbra area and feel like good sushi and customer service that, on the whole, is excellent. *****

Really really great vegan sushi, it was delicious! It took a while for someone to take my order because they don’t expect people to come in person it seems, it’s mostly a delivery business so that’s the only reason I wouldn’t rate it 5 stars. However once someone did take my order they don’t accept international credit cards so he allowed me to PayPal him which was very nice. Again, great sushi!

I placed an order in April through Uber Eats and two items in the order did not arrive. I contacted the establishment, they replied that they would see how they could resolve the situation, as I would not be able to wait on time. To this day, I am still waiting for a response.
After this comment, I was quickly contacted by the establishment's team who were ready to help and once again regretted what had happened. Everything in order now:) Thank you for your kindness and support in resolving the problem.
