They ate the pizza with their hands, jello without a spoon and cake (frozen) on a napkin. When confirming the date, I asked if it was necessary to bring cutlery and they said it would be available. At the end, they asked the parents who were waiting for the kids to leave the table, as they were consuming and within the birthday schedule.

And an order placed at 8:08 pm, with delivery scheduled for 9:05 pm, the fastest they could respond, it was only actually delivered after 10:15 pm.The excuse they gave when I contacted them was that it was past the initial delivery time: the system is overloaded, when in reality they lost the order, as I had to place it again.The pizzas:burnt, salty and the so-called "Media XL" promotion was nothing more or less than a normal average.Terrible.I have been a frequent customer for years, but this failure across the board left me extremely unhappy.Not even an apology.With the current offer in Coimbra, Telepizza again, only when I'm wrong...

Today 13-01-2024, upon receiving the order made with number 604 2024-8169045, 2 medium pizzas for the price of one, I felt truly deceived with the product purchased. The two pizzas sent, extremely thin, do not have the quantity of one, and the quality is very poor.Not enough, one pizza was lukewarm, another was cold, hard, and burnt.As long as I remember this "cap" that Telepizza gave me today, I will no longer place any orders with Telepizza, feeling grateful that there is reliable competition on the market, from whom I will purchase my products.

Good pizza, but I didn't really like the sausages coming whole or the large pieces of bacon, which cut the flavor a bit and demonstrated, in my opinion, some lack of care in the preparation, because normally it's not like that, everything comes in small pieces.
