My recent visit to Trianon Cafe was quite disappointing. My friend and I went there to study, and after arriving, we opened our exam books and laptop. It took a while before a lady finally approached us, asking what we would like to order. We placed our order promptly.
However, once she brought our food and drinks, she informed us that studying was not permitted after 17:00. It was 16:45 at the time. This sudden announcement felt very rude and unwelcoming, especially since it wasn’t mentioned earlier.
To add to the frustration, there was a man using his laptop and another person reading nearby, yet she didn’t say anything to them. This inconsistency in how customers were treated was both frustrating and unfair.
Overall, the service was unpleasant, and we felt unwelcome. I wouldn’t recommend Trianon Cafe to anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating environment.
