Reasonable/good food but at a very high price. Bacalhau à Brás, a Coca-Cola and a chocolate mousse, 18 euros at lunch time is very high.

Good food with generous portions. Terrible service from the lady at the cashier, who I assume is the owner of the establishment. The lady is simply rude and bad tempered. She always seems to be angry with the world. It's notable for its lack of friendliness. One piece of advice: disappear!

I went for lunch with the family, ordered roast duck, which was great, and someone else ordered grilled chicken steak with mushrooms. We waited half an hour for the food and I think it was due to a misunderstanding. The dishes ordered were those of the day, whoever served us realized that it was just chicken steak, a dish that was off the menu of the day and therefore must have taken longer. To compensate, they brought a plate full of mushroom sauce, which I thought was quite thoughtful. But still, the restaurant needs to improve the time between service and food service. The first time I went I also thought I had to wait too long.

Chicken kebab with 2 hairs wasn't supposed to be there.It was the first time it happened, but it was enough to ruin a meal and almost everything went to waste.

The food is of great quality, but the service needs to be organized in a more productive way. Having a box for busy days is clearly insufficient, just as having some pre-packaged meals would help. We will return for the food but the service is not quick.
