Very peculiar and original tapas restaurant to be advised and surprised. You have to keep an open mind to try whatever you want to wear.
Waitress with a lot of character but first class, because then she informs you, advises you and the place becomes a discovery.
Important: Does not support cards
If I return to this area, I will definitely repeat.

The waitress has a direct and blunt character that left us a little shocked, but this did not stop us and we were happy, because the surprise petiscos dinner chosen by the boss was delicious. A pleasure!

Homemade Portuguese food, delicious! Thank you so much!
Spectacular!! Recommended 300%. The atmosphere is very pleasant, a very cozy place, great service. And then the food arrived and we saw the sky. We were surprised with an option they have of four surprise servings and it was better for each one. I would repeat for sure. Come eat here! What a great experience.

Great to find a restaurant open fairly late on what was Portugal day.
Greeted by a lady who appeared to be the proprietor “we only take cash”, she exclaimed. ??♂️luckily we had cash. She recommended a tapas meal. We explained our tastes and the chief? that’s what she called the chef, fixed us the most amazing food. Full of beautiful flavours. Deep rich Thai spices in the fish stew. Ripe candied fruity flavours in the chickpea salad. Garlic aromas in the clam dish. Fresh flavours in the melon and feta dish. Quite a delicious experience.
We would highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was good but a little pricey, the place is very nice but the waitress didn’t have a good energy. She was a bit rude and seems like she was trying to push specific dishes, we didn’t even had time to look at the menu. Maybe that’s why the restaurant was empty on a Friday night.
Vegetarian options: We didn’t have time to look at the menu but that were plenty vegetarian and vegan options.
Dietary restrictions: You can ask the waitress for dietary restrictions.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on the second floor and only accessible by a narrow staircase.

This place particularly surprised us. The entrance wasn't the most inviting, however once inside, we handed ourselves over to the manager who recommended the dishes, which were more than delicious, complete with freshly baked bread.
She was also very kind, and told us the stories of two of the dishes served.
I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants an evening with really, really good food and not your typical tourist-baiting restaurant.

Restaurant on the first floor, has a good room, is simple in decoration, rustic.
It has a wide list of snacks to share and has 4 snacks selected by the chef.
We ate a carpaccio and some fried cuttlefish that come with mayonese, it was great, it was enough for two, they serve warm bread made in the restaurant with herb butter, great.
The service is done by one of the owners.
They only accept cash, there are no ATMs.

Fantastic food. I can't say a single bad word about the food and ambiance. However, the energy of the waitress didn't sit well with me. I felt uncomfortable. I'm not sure what the reason for that is, but I can conclude it's a shame because it has potential. It's almost like she wanted to push as many things as possible. I think it's best for you to read all the comments and decide for yourself.

A place to repeat.
We were passing through and a quick Google search took us to Colheita 71. When we arrived, we didn't really know what to expect, but we were quickly welcomed and oriented, with attentive service that lasted throughout the meal.
We offered the Chef a snack because there is nothing better than not having to worry about choices and being surprised. And if we went, everything was delicious and the portions were enough for 2 people. They also have a pleasant selection of wines from the region.
Definitely a place to return to try new combinations of snacks or even the francesinha that they speak so well of.

Beware. Good food is one thing, being ripped off as a tourist on both covers and change are another. The Portuguese seem to have a very bad habit of overcharching for cover items and in this case by not accepting credit cards, they try to intimidate you into leaving 5 euros more in change. Please resist this extortion and call them on it so we can all enjoy the real Portugal in years to come. Shame on you for your shady practices. Yuk! BTW Food was excellent.

... the story of how attendance can harm an evening.
We were treated harshly and somewhat aggressively.
We felt that we were not welcome but we didn't understand why.
I tried to establish some rapport and unwind to get some empathy from the waitress, but nothing worked.
I started avoiding interacting so I wouldn't have to deal with more than necessary.
When we said that we didn't eat meat, he gave his negative opinion about it and proposed a salad (lettuce, grains, tomato and 3 pieces of mango) which he called vegetable ceviche, which he ended up charging €14. It was more expensive than any of the other dishes!
We paid €56 for two people (cover charge, 2 snacks, 1 salad, 2 imperials and 1 small water, 1 dessert)
Interestingly, I saw her making a little more conversation and even a hint of a smile at the two tables with foreigners.
Sometimes I felt that the objective was to keep the business running without love for the art of serving.
In summary:
Unpleasant and intimidating service
Expensive (poor quality-price ratio)
Nice food
Space with the potential to have a better experience than the one we had.
I have no desire to go back or recommend it to anyone I like.

It's a shame that such a fun restaurant has such bad service. We were immediately told that the menu was Francesinhas or snacks. We asked for starters at €14/16 whether they were really just starters, one of which was cod, we received the arrogant answer “….that we were not used to the prices of natural/regional products”. As far as I know, cod comes from Norway, but I haven't even gone there. Any question was answered with a coldness and arrogance that made us feel bad... anyway. For the location in question, snacks starting at €10 and going up to €16….I couldn't help but be surprised, but that's okay. I can't say anything bad about the food, because I'd be lying. But with service like this, never again. Finally, there is no payment by card, which in Mucifal is always good.
