This place is wonderful. On holiday in Sintra for a few days. Popped on because we'd missed the shop. Turns out they have amazing food and a huge range of drinks. Food was incredible - recommend the vegetarian burger (mushroom, sun-dried tomatoes, pepper, and a sauce that will do things to you ?) also, bloody lovely staff . Good gin and tonic too ?

This micro brewery offers 10 beers of its own making. After beach atmosphere and attentive service.

The terrace is a great place for a peaceful evening enjoying the house beers.
The appetizers (nachos) could be better.

Definitely the best local brewery in Portugal, every beer tried was top notch across the full spectrum of diverse taste, know how hard that is to achieve? Great food and service too, the place is a gem, well worth seeking out.

Great stop after a day of hiking.

Beer was solid. Service fantastic. The view from the rooftop patio was super.

Lovely bar with great music and option to sit outside. They have 10 beers on tap and the man behind the bar was really nice.

Great beer, and we love craft breweries! Nice views from the rooftop area.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids for the Eurocup game, but it's nothing like US breweries that provide areas and games for kids and families.

As frequent visitors, we continue to enjoy the craft beers (especially Seteais & Colares) and bar setting, but recently we've seen the food quality go down. Menu is limited since the previous chef left and the new dishes aren't as special (oh, how we miss the old veg lasagna!!).

Sergio, we hope you can blow a bit of new life into both the food menu and the overall vibe/ambience -- with Euro Cup just around the corner, there seems to be an opportunity!

Good evening, I wanted to write here about my terrible experience at this place HopSin where not even the waiter himself could explain the meaning of the name of the establishment...I arrived at the establishment on a Saturday around 2:00 pm, there was a person at the counter who was super disconnected from the world...Smoking near customers' doors and being super sloppy with himself, for example, I feel like I'm falling down my legs when I'm stretching in front of customers, among other things....I had come here several times in the past few weeks and had been very well received by a guy with glasses who was super attentive and a girl who was Chilean but super friendly.I don't know what they did to leave but these new hires are ruining the establishment, the food was great and the beer too but with this service I'm unlikely to come back here.....
