One of the best surprises when visiting Sintra/Colares area in October last year after being dissapointed by so many things in Colares. Even when I arrived just a few moments before they closed, I explained that they were on my list of places to visit and extremely nice waitress explained to me in English what was in which pastry, took my order and promptly I received some of the best pastries I had during my vacations with very nice cold coffee which they made to order.
