Very nice winery where you can learn a lot about the history of Colares wines. Interesting for amateurs and wine professionals. The wines are really different due to sandy soils and sea influence. If possible, try to buy a few bottles because they are hard to get outside Portugal. Book a tour and tasting in advance so they can make time for you. Not cheap, but worth it!

Francisco is super knowledgeable and hospitable.
Tried a few different wines including the amazing DOC Colares wines grown in sandy soils.
They do host tastings and i strongly suggest to visit.

Great opportunity to try some native grapes such as Ramisco (red) and their expression of Malvasia (white).
